Account details such as your name, email address, phone number and selected role.
Profile information you choose to add — sport, position, performance data, land details or investment interests.
Payment records such as plan, amount, date and transaction reference. Full card or wallet credentials are never stored by us.
Basic technical data such as device type and pages visited, used to keep the platform secure and working well.
To create and operate your account and role-based dashboard.
To deliver courses, certificates, trials, land reviews and investor matching.
To process memberships and send service messages about your account.
To improve the platform and prevent fraud or misuse.
Your profile is private by default. Athlete profiles are shown to approved scouts only when you switch on scout visibility.
Land and investment submissions are visible to Quins Sports staff and relevant coordinators.
We share data with payment and hosting service providers only as needed to run the service, and when required by Bangladeshi law.
We never sell your personal data.
You can update your profile, change scout visibility, or ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to info@quinssports.com.
Deleting your account removes your profile data; limited payment records may be kept for legal and accounting requirements.
Data is stored on secured, access-controlled servers. Access rules restrict every record to the account it belongs to and to authorised staff.
Young athletes under 18 may only register with the consent and supervision of a parent, guardian or registered academy.
