By accessing quinssports.com or creating an account you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Quins Sports & Athletic Global Communication & Development Center operates this platform from Dhaka, Bangladesh.

If you do not accept these terms, please stop using the platform.

You must provide accurate information when registering as an athlete, trainer, landowner, investor or scout. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account.

Staff roles such as coordinator and administrator are assigned by Quins Sports only.

Membership plans are billed monthly or yearly in Bangladeshi Taka through our approved local payment channels. Access to paid features begins once payment is confirmed.

Prices, plans and add-ons may change; existing paid cycles are honoured until they expire.

CPD and CBT course materials are licensed for your personal learning only. Sharing, reselling or republishing course content is not permitted.

Certificates are issued only after genuine completion of the required assessments.

Information submitted about land, investment interest or athlete performance must be true and lawfully yours to share. Quins Sports may verify, request documents, or decline any submission.

Listing on the platform is not a guarantee of selection, placement, funding or trial opportunity.

Do not misuse the platform: no fraud, harassment, impersonation, scraping, or attempts to break security. Accounts violating these rules may be suspended without refund.

The platform is provided on an as-is basis. Quins Sports is not liable for indirect losses arising from third-party trials, sponsorships, land agreements or investment decisions made by users.
